Mindy
CPI is very lucky to have Mindy as an investigator. Her evp skills are excellent and she has an eye for detecting whatever strange things may be in our photographs. Mindy is also a great person and friend and she brings a smile to anyone who has the opportunity to meet and talk with her. Mindy has a great love in her life and will tell you all about him, in fact if you look at her Facebook you will see how gorgeous he is....his name is Apache, her horse. Oh yeah and she has a wonderful husband in Doug too, LOL, after many years of marriage they are still like newlyweds! Mindy you are a major team member of CPI and we wouldn't be as good as we are without you!

I have been on several investigations with
Mindy and can say with absolutely no hesitation that Mindy in an excellent
investigator! She is professional while conducting an investigation;
always observant; ready to help with equipment setup and offering
effective equipment placement suggestions. Her quiet demeanor is one of
many of her fine investigative skills. Mindy is an asset to our CPI
Team.

I just happen to be listening to audio files recorded during the Tinker tour prior to our investigation. I consistently hear Mindy asking pertinent questions, obviously taking in the available information I know she will use later to increase our chances of catching paranormal activity. At home, I can tell you she records every paranormal show there is. Mindy watches every one of them and stores some the techniques she observes for use on future investigations. She frequently surprises me with her own innovations during EVP sessions. Mindy can accurately size-up new
surroundings. Her unique combination of intuition, intelligence and
investigative procedure frequently produces interesting
results.

The first time I did an investigation with Mindy, she showed me many tips and tricks to use to communicate with the spirits, and still today she is always showing me more ways to do things. She is a great investigator and a super big plus to the CPI team. Laura
